The role play component will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete. It will take place in a simulated private meeting room outside the classroom at TAFE NSW and will be observed by the assessor but not by other students. The email component may take up to a maximum of 15 minutes. The student may complete it in either the simulated meeting room or a classroom environment at TAFE NSW under the supervision of a teacher or Education Support Officer (ESO)
