SMSgt Smith set high goals for her team. She believed this was the best way to motivate them instead of the goals they suggested at the last Commander's Call. As a result, some Airmen didn't meet the goals and behaved in unethical ways attempting to reach the high goals that were set by SMSgt Smith. This has created a negative work environment for everyone in the unit
