Snapchat users can currently set a time limit to control how long recipients can view their Snaps (the range is from 1 to 10 seconds). Snapchat is interested in simplifying their service by replacing the range that users can specify by a single time length. In other words, they would like to only have a single time limit (for example, all Snaps are shown for 5 seconds to recipients). Snapchat wants to run a third survey using a random simple sample to find out what the best single time limit is to use for their Snaps. Snapchat considers this to be an extremely important survey for the future of their company and they want you to come up with an appropriate sample size The formula to compute the sample size for a random simple sample is given by:

whereby N indicates the sample size, Z, the acceptable level of confidence, the population standard deviation, and E the acceptable amount of sampling error (see Page 11 of Lesson 6).

Describe below your choices for Z, , and E, and compute the sample size. Use 100 words maximum to defend your choices Z, , and E. In order to justify your choices for and E it is important to explain what question you are going to ask your respondents. Note that the argumentation for your choices is most important here!
