SNC Lavalin (SNC) is one of the worlds largest engineering firms that has been embroiled in bribery and other questionable ethical activities. It is the main contractor for Ottawas new LRT line and has been a key player in the current Lavscam scandal.

1. As you may be aware, Quebec appointed the Charbonneau Inquiry to look into corruption in construction and politics in Quebec. Outline SNCs involvement in the practice of illegal campaign donations and other ethical breeches in Quebec.
