Snow, an employee of the United States Central Intelligence Agency has access to top secret information. Snow who does not think the U.S.A. should be spying on other countries, secretly copies a list of spies that the U. S. A. has sent to Russia and posts it online. Several spies on the list are arrested and later killed in Russia because of Snow's act.
