So a normal keg of beer is 15.5 gallons, which comes out to 124 pints of beer.

The fermenter I mentioned is 120 barrels of beer is 240 kegs.

So 124 x 240 = 29,760 pints.

If you divide that number by 365 you get 81.5.

If you divide that then by 5

you end up with 16.3 pints a day for 5 years.

It's a little convoluted and there's a few ways to come to that number but I think that's the basic premise. I hope that's somewhat helpful.
