You work at an immigration consultant firm. One of your colleagues has a screen saver on his computer that displays pictures of naked women. Even thought the computer is facing him, people can still see if they approach his desk, including staff, students, and clients. You tell him that his screen saver is offensive and in bad taste. He responds that he does not consider it offensive and besides, it keeps him in a good mood during the office hours. Does this constitute harassments? Explain
