The steam cycle operates with 1000 psia and 1000F steam and condenses at 1 psia. The steam turbine polytropic efficiency is 0.80 . The feedwater heater has a terminal temperature difference of 28F. Calculate (a) the helium mass flow rate, in pound mass per hour, for a combined output of 220MW, and (b) the gas, steam, and combined cycle efficiencies. Ignore the steam cycle pump work
