Some of the topics you will study in operations management can be represented graphically. Some questions may require you to graph shapes and then label those shapes or points on those shapes using drawing tools.

This simple graph has whole$-$number values on an X$-$Axis and a Y$-$Axis. To the right of the graph is a tool palette you can use to draw your answer to the question. Roll your mouse over the tool buttons to read the labels to see what each one does.

You can draw any number of objects on the graph. Go ahead and try drawing some objects. When you're finished practicing, click the Reset button at the bottom of the tool palette to empty the graph. Whenever you answer a graph question, be sure to read the question carefully and draw only the objects required.
