Some of the traits I believe I need to work on include: Empathy and Includer. I have Asperger's (high functioning autism) so empathy will always be a challenge for me but learning how to show empathy to those I am leading, as well as others in general is a trait that all good leaders and managers need to possess. To be a great induder you must be able to let others do things that you would normally do on your own. You must be able to involve others around you and make them feel like part of the team, Iknow that I lack in that specific man because I am a very independent person. The strengths that I would use the most in my future career I believe would be the Intellectual, Competition, Activator, and Strategic. All those traits can help me be the best manager and leader in any future company that I work for. I have already used those four traits with my first college degree as well as my previous management positions and I believe that if I can fine tune those traits that I can be the very best in anything that I do
