Something I found I hash some code like e3b0c44298fc1c149af.1e4649b934ca495991b7852b855 in SHA-256 it is really really long random code but the result comes out is still 32-byte signature. and the result is 5d5d67f4dd5535e7ec5e0a1f9846e7b0 so that means the hash function will loosing a long of information Something I need to ask Q1: Since it will loosing information, is that means:

A. most of the hashing code mathematically impossible to Decrypt ?

B. does there has any case two different text will have same hashed code, if it does please explain? Q2: I put text a to hash it the result is ca978112ca1bbdcafac231b39a23dc4da786eff8147c4e72b9807785afee48bb (we called 1st hash), and then I put that (1st hash) to hash it again the result becomes da3811154d59c4267077ddd8bb768fa9b06399c486e1fc00485116b57c9872f5(2nd hash), it is easy use the dictionary attack to decode 1st hash. but if we use triple or double hash to encrypt a password, does it will made the password more safety?? if it is does not please explain why??
