The current market value is 80,000years and if it is sold, the cash inflow will be $67,675 Annual net cash inflows from the old building are expected to average $16,000 or the remainder of its estimated useful life.

The new building will cost $300,000 It has an estimated useful life of 25 years Net cash inflows are expected to be $50,000annually.
