In my lecture I discussed different sources of power, and I discussed how this affects a person's behavior. How can employees use the information about the bases of power to gain power in an organization? I also discuss the six principles of influence. Why is it important for managers and employees to know and understand the sources of power as well as the principles of influence? How can this information be used or misused?
