For Final Project One, you will select a successful company from the list below and analyze its application of the fundamental principles of management. The following example companies have been chosen because they have experienced recent and notable successes in the application of the fundamental principles of management.

You must select a company from this list of suggested companies:

Once you have selected a successful company, you will need to conduct research to find resources that help you learn more about how your chosen company achieved success. The following list of search terms may help guide you toward useful articles, news sources, and more.

This is not an exhaustive list of potential search terms but is meant to help you determine the kind of keywords and phrases to use as you search. When searching Google, you may find it helpful to use the search engine's filtering tools to refine your results. Consider filtering to "news" or "videos" to find more recent results. You are also encouraged to search through the Shapiro Library to find scholarly resources about your companies.

Each example company is also briefly discussed in your textbook. While the textbook case study alone will not provide enough information for you to complete your analysis, it will provide a valuable perspective that you should reference as you develop and write your own analysis of your chosen company's success.
