how to make a research proposal and the idea I thought in my mind is that i want to make a proposal on how I can emphasize the effect of plastic in my community, how can I measure the plastic waste in landfills, how I can make a data of it, to make a graphical presentation of a trend that explains the uncontrolled use of plastic overtime in my community or province.
