There has been a number of occasions where staff have changed the date or times of meetings without notifying meeting attendees. This has resulted in

some attendees not attending important meetings which is very frustrating and often time wasting. The staff should be able to send an automatic

notification through to attendees when making the changes in the Google Calendar. The Google Calendar policy and procedure should be updated to

include instructions on notifying staff when changes are made to meetings.

At the moment we can only access the Google Calendar on our computers. Due to my role as a Fitness Instructor I am not always at my computer or have

my computer with me$.$ It would be much better if we could have access to the Calendar on our mobile phones as well. I am unsure whether this is a

possibility but it would be great if we can have this function.
