Stakeholder Management Congratulations! Your project proposal has been approved for opening a new restaurant in winnipeg and is moving ahead with you as the assigned project manager. As we are now initiating the project, you need to identify, categorize, and analyze the project stakeholders.

For the purpose of our course, your instructor is your project sponsor. You must assign a role or title reflecting the sponsor's position in the organization your project is set (example: owner, customer, head of finance, head of human resources, etc..).

Here is the project overview for finding the stakeholders:

The Star of India restaurant will sell a wide variety of Indian Cuisine from the southern part of the Winnipeg. The restaurant will befamily owned and operated by Amardeepand Shivam. They together have over 10 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industry. The restaurant will be a full-service restaurant, which includes the preparation and sale of food, beverages, and desserts. The restaurant will provide a unique experience for patrons by offering a blend of traditional Indian flavours and modern cooking techniques. The project will require an initial investment of $150,000, 50,000 of which will be contributed by the owners and the remainder will be secured through a proposed bank loan. This budget will cover the cost of leasing a space, purchasing restaurant equipment and supplies, and training staff

Analyze and categorize all six stakeholders. Using your analyzing and categorizing, continue with the template to make a stakeholder management plan for four of your stakeholders: your instructor and plus three others.
