Stakeholders are defined by members or an organization that will be affected by the success of the project.The amount of affect the project has on the identified group will depend on its proximity to the project.

The following are Five relevant Stakeholders to my groups projects of designing a marketing campaign for a new cereal:

-The board of directors has a high interest in the success of the project.It is deemed important by them since the project can improve business, they also can shut it down if not showing promise.This stakeholders has the highest influence since they could decide to copy an old marketing campaign instead of create a new one

-Project manager has a high interest in the project since the are in charge of its success.They are one of the most important roles because they are creating, monitoring, and executing a plan.If this member fails to accurately account for all the pieces needed to complete the project then it could lead to a complete fail.

-IT team has a medium interest in the project since they are going to be utilized more as a consultant/worker to complete the project.It is best for the project if they accurately convey marketing plans and provide input on variables that are needed.The IT Team could also lead to the fail of the project if complications aren't discussed

-Customers are unique stakeholders because they will have low interest in the project but will have a high power over its success.They can be utilized as toll to cre-ate the campaign by an interest group to test and provide ideas on marketing techniques.

-Competitors are opposite of customers. They will have high interest in the project since it could mean a change is required on their end.But they do not have really any affect on the creation of the campaign. The ways in which they influence each other is the competition could be used to define what campaigns to avoid. Our project would also need to be aware of how to avoid copying pre existing campaigns.
