Stakeholders often have competing priorities, which is something we must manage as drivers of change. However, there are times that a stakeholder group becomes the driver of change in a grassroots effort. The Black Lives Matter protests of recent years are a great example of this. Identify a grassroots change initiative, the stakeholder group responsible for it, and describe what things the group did to drive the change. Your change may be historical, from current events, in the workplace, or in society.
