The Vision

An effective vision can create goals for individual employees as well as the team itself and creates an environment where employees know they are working towards something greater. It will also provide direction for the team and serve as a rule of thumb for the employees of the organization.

Communication in the workplace can be enhanced by improving existing business process that are meant to provide employees with instructions on how to perform their jobs but don't. The current teamwork environment can be enhanced by bringing employees together to work towards one common goal, leading to the completion of more accurate work. Communication needs to be clear, consistent, and accurate. The best way to improve communication and teamwork in the workplace is to provide positive feedback when team members perform their tasks well. This will encourage open communication within the team allowing for team members to exchange information and ideas. It will also build a positive work environment and eliminate inefficiencies (Coursera, 2022). The best way to improve teamwork is to provide clear, understandable goals to the team and clarify roles of each team member (Derrick, 2022). People need to be clear of their roles or the or the same task may be completed by multiple people.
