I am wanting to clarify that on the main page when I log in, I see the request for three outstanding documents; proof of status, proof of original transcript and finally proof of diploma. However, when i went over to the "upload your file utility," it only shows one outstanding document, which is the proof of citizenship, which i have uploaded. I am a bit confused as when i initial;y applied I also paid the fee for University of Ottatwa to retrieve my transcipt directly from University of Waterloo. I am not sure if this done
