State v. Loge Judgement/Decision:

Explain in depth how the Court disposes of the case. In the trial court, the judgment is almost always guilty or not guilty. In appeals courts, the judgments are affirmed, reversed, or reversed and remanded (sent back to the trial court for further action). The Judgment/Decision should also include how the Court ruled on the legal issues that were presented to it.
