Statement:

We know that Tesla has internal core competencies that allow it to deliver on its' business model. They are its' powertrain intellectual property and its significant in-house design & engineering team.

While Ford's Core competency was their production techniques to achieve economies of scale to better their profits and their core efficiency to react to the influence of changing external environment. But their current core competencies have been influenced by external forces: changing to enhancing their strong Brand recognition and growth by shrinking their portfolio using different (than prior) cost reduction techniques.

• What are the internal core competencies Lucid Motors? Although we can always state - people - let's face it they all have to have good people.
