Step 2: Use the Internet and go to www.Monster.com (this website will help you search for jobs in a specific field and a specific City and State where you might like to work)

Where you see "Keyword or Title" type in the name of the computing profession that you chose from the list above

Then type the City and State where you are interested in finding a job

One the next screen look on the left side of the page and you will see a list of available jobs

Click on a job that seems interesting to you

Look through as many jobs as you wish until you find one that you like

Use the information you see on the screen to help your presentation

You may have to "Google" some of the required information if it is not included on the monster.com website

Step 3: PowerPoint presentation using the instructions shown below (you may include pictures on your slides if you want to, but they are not required).

Your presentation should have a total of 4 slides. Be sure that you include the required information shown for each bulleted point.

Slide #1: Title of the slide = Your Name

o What is the name of the Company you chose? (use the info you found on Monster.com)

o What is the Location of the job? (City and State where you will be working)

o What is the actual Job Title? (use the info you found on Monster.com and be specific)

o What is the Salary Range for this specific job? (how much money will you make?)

Slide #2: Title of the slide = Job Requirements

o What qualifications do you need for this job?

o Do you need to have any specific prior work experience?

o Does this job require a lot of traveling?

o Can you work from home?

Slide #3: Title of the slide = Education Requirements

o Do you need a college degree for this job? (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate)

o What college major or area of concentration is needed?

o Are there any required Industry Certifications?

o Is there any preferred computer/software training required?

Slide #4: Title of the slide = Employability Skills

o Tell me about the personal qualities you have that will help you be successful in this job

o Please make sure your response is thoughtful and well written
