Step 5: Commence development of at least two new skills, plus acquire a skill which can be developed by participating in at least one networking opportunity. You can use the Personal Learning and Development Plan from your workplace or locate and download from The Superior Implements (SIM CO.) Intranet. Include career objectives, for example, career development objectives, promotion objectives, job goals.
