Step #1: Divide the labor As a group agree upon which person will work on which of the 4+1 models. If your group only has 4 members, have each member work on one of the four diagrams (logical, process, development, physical). If your group has 5 members, one member will work on the SPICIER scenarios that your group members created for the Individual Activity #3: Customer Scenarios assignment.

Step #2: Update and improve your model As an individual, (using the online, collaborative modeling tool your group used last week) update and enhance your assigned model in the drafts of your 4+1 models from last weeks group assignment. Updates should be based upon what you learned in the discussion and feedback in the zoom session, as well as other aspects that you realize could be improved.

Step #3: GoodToGo architectural description Add an architectural description of your model. It should explicitly cover all aspects of an architectural description as laid out in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010:2011 conceptual model of an architecture description Links to an external site.. Write narrative to accompany your model's diagram / text. The narrative should describe the domain-specific aspects of the diagram and that helps your reader understand why you created the design represented by the diagram and key things the diagram communicates about your specific architecture. Expect the readers of these documents to know the generic syntax, semantics, and purpose of these models, so don't describe those. Instead reveal the particular decision choices you made while constructing these particular diagrams. Your explanation should: Clearly indicate the particular domain-specific concern (the non-functional requirement) that motivated you to create the architecture shown in that architectural model diagram. Clearly describe at least one key architecture decision and its rationale. Be about the domain-specific knowledge represented in the diagram. Be on the same page as the diagram so that the reader can see the diagram while reading the explanation, and vice versa. That makes is MUCH easier to understand the diagram. Doing the work of Step #3 may require you to revise the diagrams / text of your model.
