Step 1

Each week we will cover vital concepts related to volunteer coordination and team building. As we work through each of the concepts, you will build templates and fill them out to assist you through executing these concepts in a hypothetical event situation.

Step 2

Choose one the following events to create the templates for:

Once you pick from one of the above events, use your templates to help you build the necessary documentation for that event as a Volunteer Coordinator.

Step 3

Hand in your completed Volunteer Coordinator Tool Kit with both your templates and also the completed documents of how you would have used them.

The Volunteer Coordinator Tool Kit

There are many resources that one can list in their volunteer coordinator tool kit. For the purpose of this assignment, the following items are necessary:

1. Scoping exercise
2. Job descriptions
3. Volunteer training
4. Day of reporting
5. Post event debrief and retention

You are also free to add any additional resources which you feel may be helpful in your tool kit.

Written Requirement

. All assignments should be easy to navigate through, use table of contents, appendixes, folders, etc.

Your assignment should be separated into (2) two documents. Document 1 should showcase your 5 templates, and document 2 should show case the 5 completed documents.
