My approach for pursuing Outcome 1, which focuses on using a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework to analyze and apply knowledge about addictions and mental health, is to immerse oneself in thorough case studies and real-world situations. I want to play out scenarios in which I can use this framework in real-world settings so that I can fully comprehend it. For instance, if I come across a client who is experiencing addiction-related problems, I will examine not only the bodily consequences but also their psychological triggers, their social network, and any religious beliefs that can affect their ability to recover. Additionally, I'll look for opportunities to shadow experienced professionals who have mastered this method so that I may observe how they delicately apply the bio-psycho-social-spiritual structure in their daily duties
OUTCOME 2
As part of my strategy, I work to improve my capacity to offer comprehensive, client-centred, gender-based, and culturally appropriate assessments and interventions in a range of social and cultural situations. I will actively participate in role-playing exercises and virtual customer encounters to accomplish this. I will get experience customizing my evaluations and interventions to match the needs of clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and ages by putting myself in situations where they do.
