Step 1. Review Mary and Bob's Scope Statement , the Work Breakdown Structure, and particularly the Resource Breakdown Structure you created in the previous Module. Step 2. Utilizing Analogous methods (looking at similar type activities/services/items) "ballpark" the amount of resources (number of items, cost per hour, hours etc.) for each of the items on your Resource Breakdown Structure from Module 2
