They have asked the IT Service Desk at your company to investigate options or alternatives to printing so much and doing some printer consolidation as well as an alternative to all the printing which uses paper and ink. The Service Desk Manager, Samuel Johnson, has assigned the project to you. With this limited information, come up with a suggested solution to printer consolidation and printing alternatives for XYZ Equipment.

Look at what you can add that is new as a solution. Research this.

Include any cost savings as well as the cost of purchasing the product you are recommending
