Steven Bentley works for a transport company as a driver. On his day off he likes to be near to nature and help in the protection of the environment. He treks and camps in the forest and for these activities; Mr. Bentley requires gear that would help him achieve his passion for the environment. Recently Mr. Bentley visited All Range Shoe Supplier to buy a new pair of boots. Mr. Bentley explains his hobby and passion to the salesgirl and the sales girls says weve got just the boots required for that purpose. The salesgirl further states, these boots have been tested in the harshest conditions and it survived. After a brief inspection by Mr. Bentley and more explanation by the sales girl about the unique characteristics of footwear, Mr. Bentley buys the pair of boots. On his next days off Mr. Bentley takes his newly acquired boots. On this trip he crosses streams and walks over desert land on his trek and finally when he stops for a rest he takes of the boots. He discovers that it was difficult to take off the boots and it was impossible to put the boots back on after he had taken them off. He now realizes that the boots have shrunk because it has been exposed to the cold streams and the hot sun. He is unable to use the new pair of boots, but luckily he had taken his old pair of boots with him in case of unforeseen circumstances. He is now planning to take legal action against the shoe shop.
