Steven is a medical doctor at the George St. Pierre Hospital (GSPH). He accessed the internet while at home on some new methods of diagnosis on his work issued computer, but when he went to work the next day, he attempted accessing the same web page but got an error saying "Hmm...can't reach this page".

He opened a case with the IT team and the help desk techie checked all his physical connections and found all the cables were wired to his computer as expected.
