But with the problem of the pandemic COVID19 and the Movement Control Order (MCO), the Company has decided to work on job rotation from 9.00am to 9.00pm from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, the plan faced resistance from the existing subordinate employees. They have disagreed to the job rotation as considered by the management. The problem lies mainly in terms of the subordinate employees is not readily available to accept the change process.
