Still, one thing to keep in mind is the fact that everyone is motivated differently, and supervisors/management/leadership all use different motivation methods/rewards on their employees. The two main types of motivation are extrinsic and intrinsic. Extrinsic motivation comes from external rewards such as compensation (wages, salaries), benefits, and recognition, to name a few. While intrinsic motivation is based on how a person feels after accomplishing goals and/or they are satisfied with their work and feel they did a good job. With that said, the job motivational factors that motivates me the most is compensation since nothing shows me that an employer values me more than paying me a wage that I can live comfortably off, and that also leads to a sense of security, which also is motivational and not just financial security but also job security. Also, one of the things that motivate me most is simple acknowledgment and sincere recognition; in other words, I like my interactions with my supervisor and upper management to include feedback and acknowledgment for two reasons, the first being that I like to know that I am doing the job right which makes me happy and ultimately motivates me, and secondly, I like
