Volatility and Value Grade Guidelines - Your evaluation (grade) of Volatility (A-G) and Value (1-23) should be a COMPOSITE of your evaluations (i. e., High, Medium, or Low) of each statistic should be based upon the following criteria:

For item 16, 5% is High, 20% is Medium, 40% is Low

For Item 17, a positive number >4 is High, 0 is Medium, and a negative number is Low. For Items 18 and 19, a rank of 20 is High, 45 is Medium, and 70 is Low.
