StrengthsFinder Individual Writing Project - Worth up to 200 points

You have been presented with data about your strengths by completing theStrengthsFinderassessment. This assignment will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on these strengths and formulate a written plan for developing three (3) into "super strengths." In addition,you will have the opportunity to hone your presentation skills,as you will be presenting your plan to your classmates in ashort PPT presentation. Part A - Written action plans - 180points: This paper will detail your strategies and action plans for developing your strengths.

Instructions:

Step#1:Decide which three strengths that you would like to cover in this assignment. Step#2:Provide a one to two paragraph written explanationfor why you have chosen each of the three strengths.

Step#3:For each of the strengths, you will create one Action Plan, via a worksheet that I have provided, for getting to the state of your desired effectiveness or your "super strengths."Each action plan will consist of three criteria:whatyou will do,whenyou will do it,andhowwill you prove that you have done it.Each action plan will include three what's,three when's,and three how's.The worksheet,along with examples of reasonable and unreasonable plans,can be found at the bottom of this page and under Resources&Tools in BB.

Part B - Oral Presentation - 20 points:

You will present your action plans to the class via a short (approximately 5 - 7 minutes) PPT presentationin Zoom. The presentation should highlightat a minimum:

1) an explanation for why you have chosen to develop two of your strengths
