STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS For this role play, you are required to participate in a one-on-one role play with your assessor who will play the part of Nikoas. You will be required to demonstrate your ability to: Speak appropriately with Nikolas to investigate the complaint Explain the formal and informal complaint procedures to Nikolas Understand the situation and who was involved. Identify what if any discrimination has been taking place Determine how SSRGC Diversity policies and procedures apply to this situation Explain to Nikolas what steps you will take to resolve his complaint Your Assessor will take the role of other SSRGC Staff, including team members where required
