Setting the Scene for Module $2$

This is your first meeting with an executive from Eagle Aviation Airlines. You are meeting with them to gain an understanding of Eagle Aviation as a high$-$reliability organization and why it needs to build its resilience capacity.

As you are meeting with the EA executive, there are multiple phone calls, pings from emails, and messages. It appears there is much happening often that the company is constantly having to address. The multiple $$disruptions$$ during your meeting include employees with ideas, notifications of potential issues, meeting requests, various headlines regarding the aviation industry, etc...
