Student test scores are recorded in a text file (testscores1.txt).

Use python 3.7 to write a program that reads in this text file (testscores1.txt) and then outputs:

1). The number of students who took the test.

2). The average test score (two decimal places).

3). The number of students who scored at least 90 on the test.

4). The percentage of students who scored at least 90 on the test (one decimal place) with a % sign.
