You will be required to demonstrate your ability to: Speak appropriately with Karen to investigate the complaint Explain that you are investigating a Discrimination complaint Explain the nature of the complaint Encourage Karen to provide her understanding of the situation Explain the Diversity, Discrimination and Gossip policies and how they apply to everyone Outline how the comments are affecting her team and the business as a whole Assist Karen in realising that the actions she has been allowing to occur are in fact Discrimination Arrange with HR for Karen and her team to undertake additional Diversity Training Your Assessor will take the role of other SSRGC Staff, including team members where required
