The storm was very severe and power outages have forced the closure of many local businesses. Details: Casa Fuego Restaurant and Bar: -150 seats Full-service restaurant with private dining spaces -Hosts up to 10 weddings during the summer -60 Front of house and Back of House staff -American Food is the concept -Large Patio -Approx. $8 Million in annual sales -Location is Downtown Toronto in the Financial District Requirement: Individually you are asked to come up with a strategic plan to re-open your restaurant safely after this Ice Storm has finished and the power has been restored. You must consult with 2 external industry professionals via in person, phone or video call and document your interview with them and what you learned on the topic in question.
