Students are required to design both a system flowchart and a document flowchart for the payroll department of a small company with 6 to 10 employees. Half of these employees should be monthly paid and the remainder should be fortnightly paid. After designing these flowcharts, student must write the logic (but not necessarily the program codes, although this would be an enhancement to the assignment). The logic should set out how each item of pay will be processed, using modern information processing technology. For this exercise, assume the pay statement has the following types of income: Basic Pay, Entertainment Allowance, Travelling for monthly paid employees, and Regular Pay, Overtime Pay and Premium Pay for fortnightly paid employees. The following deductions are to be taken into account: NIS, Education Tax, NHT, PAYE tax and a standard Health deduction of 2% of Basic Pay or Regular Pay, as the case might be. A sample of the output of each pay statement (one monthly and one fortnightly) is required. Once you have completed this activity, you should write a three-paper summary, double space, for your project describing the activity
