students are to prepare a Voice Moderated PowerPoint Presentation that describes the following: Action Plan that they created at the beginning of the course; assessments taken throughout the course and how the assessments assisted them in better understanding their interpersonal job oriented skill developmental needs; progress towards meeting the goals outlined in their Action Plans; method(s) used to measure their progress in meeting their Action Plan goals; and any plans they have to further their development toward meeting their Action Plan goals after the course
