Students are to review the text provided (embedded in Module 5 in Canvas), then select a pertinent employment law issue and related case(s). Students must then prepare an oral presentation using Powerpoint (or other media). The oral presentation will be graded based on the skill of the presentation, including creativity and innovative approaches. Your presentation must consist of AT LEAST 8-12 SLIDES.
