Students individually or in groups may be assigned to draft a simple proposal on developing an expert system using the ESDL-based concepts in some distinct domains (for instance, healthcare, online shopping, business, banking, finance, management, tutoring, marketing, industry, manufacturing, academia, government and so on) i.e., to identify a problem domain and state the knowledge and intelligence requirement specifications appropriate to its solution, design, implementation, testing and evolution phases.
