Each item listed below is necessary for your Business Project to be complete.

1) LLC, Articles of Organization, Statement of Intention or Statement of Information, IRS Form SS4, Membership Certificates 2) Partnership, Partnership Agreement, Limited Partnership Certificates, IRS Form SS4 3) Corporation, Bylaws, Minutes Statement of Intention or Information, IRS Form SS4, Stock Certificates 4) Sole Proprietorship with Business Plan (you may choose any legal business). You may even put pictures on your cover sheet to illuminate your business. Your sole proprietorship should contain the following documents: a. Table of Contents, 1 page b. Introduction: Request for Fund, 1 page c. My Experience and Background, 1 page d. Resume, 1 page e. Business Description, 1 page f. Marketing Plan, 1 page g. Personal Financial Statement, 1 page h. Business Risk Analysis, 1 page i. Capital Spending Plan, 1 page j. Personal Goal, 1 page

5) Sub-chapter Corporation, Bylaws, Minutes, Statement of Intention or Information, IRS Form SS4, Stock Certificates

The project is due November 30, 2022, and fifteen (15) points will be reduced for every day of class the term project is delayed or not turned in to the instructor. The project is not to exceed thirteen (13) pages, and is limited to a minimum of eleven (11) pages. Each and EVERY PAGE MUST BE TYPED COMPLETELY with words, data, or information; no half- or three-quarter typed pages will be acceptable.
