Leslie Van Houton, one of Charlie Manson's followers and "family" members was convicted in the death of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca in 1969. She was first sentenced to death but the death penalty was overturned in 1972 and she was re-sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 7 years to life.

She has applied and been turned down for parole 22 times. Parole was recommended by the parole board at 3 of the most current parole hearings. Each has been overturned by the Governor of California.

Please research her life and crime history and if you believe parole should be granted or denied at this point in her incarceration. Support your position.
