Additional information:
Budgeted sales for the second quarter of 2023 are as follows.
April: 440 units
May. 520 units
June: 560 units
The company holds sufficient finished goods inventories to meet 50% of the forthcoming month's sales.
Raw material inventories amounted to 2400kg on 31 March 2023 and will be maintained as follows
30 April 2023:2700kg
31 May 2023:2900kg
30 June 2023.3000kg
