Bovell then told Meade that she was entitled to $8098- 25% of the difference between the accounts receivable and accounts payable as of Meade's last day of work. Meade disagreed and demanded more that $63,600- 25% of the revenue from all invoices, less the cost of materials and outside processing for each of the years that she had worked for Bovell. Meade filed a lawsuit against Bovell for breach of contract. a) Was there an enforceable contract between the parties? b) Did the parties' oral agreement fall within any exception to the Writing Requirement by the Statute of Frauds)? 2.
