Problem Description:

Design a C# GUI iPay Calculator application to calculate the total pay using the sample design below, you can use your own style and colors, the total pay is hours times rate if the hours is less or equal to 40 otherwise the employee will get paid 1.5 times rate for the overtime hours more than 40.
